The hotel looked lovely from the lobby. The pool was nice, and the surroundings. However, the room was very small, dark and dated, and needed a total overhaul. There weren't enough outlets, so we had to unplug the TV and the lamp to plug in our computers or recharge our phones! The curtain didn't open, but was fixed at both ends. The taps on the sink were old, pitted chrome, with rust stains all around them. The shower took ages for the hot water to come in, but at least it WAS hot, and the pressure was very good.

A great location close walk to centre , shops restaurants and sites Accomodation with character basic but clean. Low level rooms in a quiet compound around a pool & gardens . Room cleaned daily with new towels and toiletries good Air con . and tv (temperamental remote) Nice reception good check in and friendly staff. Great Breakfast supplied by the restaurant attached next door . Very reasonable price good value. Would stay again and recommend

Large rooms, comfy beds and good location near downtown Merida. I liked the laid back attitude of the staff and the wifi worked well which is important to me. Pool is a bonus.
